Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) for consumers
A consumer may contact the provider with a request for redress if dissatisfied with how a complaint was handled or if the consumer believes their rights were infringed. If the provider rejects the request or does not respond within 30 days of its dispatch, the consumer may submit a petition for alternative dispute resolution under Slovak Act No. 391/2015 Coll.

Consumer information
Before an order is submitted, the consumer is provided with the mandatory pre-contract information required by Slovak Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on consumer protection and related legislation, including the main characteristics of the Service, the total price including taxes, the billing period, termination conditions and instructions on the right of withdrawal, including the model withdrawal form.

Slovak law applies to the extent permitted by mandatory EU law and national consumer-protection legislation.
