Instructions on the consumer's right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day the service contract was concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send an unequivocal statement to:

You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. The deadline is met if you send the withdrawal notice before the period expires.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you in connection with the contract without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment you used, unless agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

If you requested that the Service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay an amount proportionate to what was provided until the day you notified us of the withdrawal, relative to the total contract price.

The right of withdrawal expires if the Service has begun with your express consent, you acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once the Service is fully performed, and the Service has been fully performed.
